Our Story
2017
How We Met
We met after our first year of college, interning for a CS professor. Noah showed up late (he claims it's not his fault), and Zené was unimpressed. After spending the summer not talking to each other, we *finally* connected in the last week of our intership . This is the first picture we took together on the last day.
2017
First Date
For our first date, we had brunch at Daley's, a diner near campus. Once we were officially together, we made it a tradition to go to Daley's at the start of every quarter.
2020
Moving to Seattle
In 2020, mid-pandemic, we graduated and moved to Seattle to start work as software engineers.
2023
Juniper Joins the Family
In January, we adopted our beautiful cat daughter Juniper. Look at that perfect angel!
2023
Becoming a Teacher
In 2023, Zené escaped tech and started grad school to become a teacher! We celebrated with a trip to London and Amsterdam.
2024
The Proposal
On July 13, 2024 Zené proposed to Noah with a beautifully crafted crossword puzzle. It was so well done in fact, that Noah didn't realize he was being proposed to. He finished eating the ring pop before all the pictures could be taken...

Now
We are getting married!!!!!
